Tom Kapinos serves as executive producer of the hit Columbia TriStar Television series DAWSON'S CREEK, airing Wednesdays, on the WB. Kapinos joined the show two years ago after having sold a spec screenplay to Fox 2000 films.

Kapinos attended SUNY Westbury on Long Island. He was accepted to NYU graduate school for dramatic writing but dropped out after one semester to pursue opportunities in Los Angeles.

Kapinos recently signed a two-year deal with Columbia TriStar that elevated him to his current position and will also have him developing new dramas for the studio. His other credits include the "Virgin Mary" to which Jennifer Aniston is attached.
