If you're feeling really ambitious, this is how to make a sweet cranberry sauce! Of course, I almost never feel really ambitious, so I'll probably just go buy a can of it at the store… But anyway…
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
DIRECTIONS:
In medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and place sauce in a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools. Yields 8-12 servings.
