SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 STATES OF THE U.S. AND D.C.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sweepstakes Description: The Triple Pack Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 6:00 p.m. on March 17, 2003 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on May 18, 2003 (“Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, all times refer to Pacific Time. Sweepstakes consists of nine (9) sweepstakes drawings: each sweepstakes drawing has a different entry period (see Entry Deadline Chart (“Chart”) below). Participants will have the opportunity to play the Verizon/Dawson’s Creek 3-Way Calling Game (“Game”) to enter the Sweepstakes.

2. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes by playing the Game, access the Dawson’s Creek Web site located at www.Dawsonscreek.com (“Web Site”) and follow the online instructions to play the Game. Upon completing the Game, you will have the opportunity to complete and submit a Sweepstakes entry form. Information required on the entry form consists of your First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Date of Birth, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and telephone number (collectively “Entry Information”). To enter the Sweepstakes without playing the Game, follow the online instructions from the Game page to skip the game and access the entry form. Then, complete and submit the Entry Information on the entry form. You do not need to play the Game in order to enter the Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each completed entry form you submit. For each sweepstakes drawing, entries must be received within that particular sweepstakes drawing’s entry period (see Chart below). All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Proof of delivery or receipt of an Entry will not be deemed by Sony Pictures Digital Inc. (“Sponsor”) as proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

3. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. If an entrant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information. Employees of Sponsor, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Verizon Corporation, Circle.com, Skycastle Entertainment, Inc., Sullivan Compliance Company (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter Sweepstakes.

4. Prizes/Odds of Winning: Forty five (45) prizes (five (5) prizes for each of the nine (9) sweepstakes drawings): 3-pack of movie tickets and a movie theater concession certificate for $5. Movie tickets subject to availability. Certificate subject to stated terms and conditions. If movie tickets cannot be provided, tickets and concession certificate will be awarded as a gift certificate or check for $36. ARV for each prize: $36. Total ARV for all prizes: $1,620. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for a prize (prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal value for any reason. All prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, or other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.

5. Drawing and Notification of Winners: For each of the nine (9) sweepstakes drawings, five (5) potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received for the Entry Period for that particular sweepstakes drawing (see Chart above) in a drawing conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization. All drawings will be held on or about May 30, 2003 (“Drawing Date”). If a winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, such prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. Each potential winner (or, if a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified by mail and/or email within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks of the Drawing Date. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. General Conditions: Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws and regulations (collectively “Rules and Laws”). Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.sonypictures.com/spe/privacy_index.html, except where prohibited by law, entry and/or a winner’s (or winner’s parent/legal guardian, if a winner is minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission of such winner (or, if a minor, his/her parent/legal guardian) for Sponsor to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, on the Web Site, such winner’s first name, last initial, city and state. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Web Site or any Web site related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible to win a prize and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing(s) from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the owner of the email account associated with that Entry may be deemed the entrant. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.

7. Disclaimers: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for, and will deem ineligible, Entries that are entered by other than human means or mass Entries (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of Sweepstakes Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Rules and Laws, and that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Sweepstakes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information; acceptance/possession, use/misuse, and/or defects of any prize awarded herein; any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by Sweepstakes; interruption or inability to access Sweepstakes, Web Site, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to entrant’s (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of one of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Sweepstakes Entities, and hereby acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that may be sent along with any prize.

Box 6375, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by July 18, 2003. The Official Rules will also be accessible from the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. The Winners List may be accessible from the Web Site.
