Sigma Epsilon
The fraternity house is also built on a practical location in what used to be an old nursing home. The home had been sitting empty for a few years. It provided a large enough space to work in and a location that we could 'own' for the season. The place needed a lot of work by our art department. The interior was painted white and sunshine yellow before our scenic painters 'wood grained' the entire place along with repainting and wallpapering. Building the large fireplace and shelving and adding the columns created the Rec Room. And again we carpeted, brought in all the furniture, created the 'composite' photos of old fraternity brothers, and designed the crest.
